EVENT INFORMATION

TYPE OF EVENT:

This is a 3 hour, Karaoke and Lounge style event. These new events are the most popular events we host and they sell out FAST! In addition to the music, host/DJ and entertainment, guests in attendance have an opportunity to volunteer to participate in karaoke on our famous stage! We also get the crowd going with our newest entertainment and production. Our stage production and equipment makes our events unique of the highest quality. These events are unlike any other paint and sip you've ever been to! 😉

Live shows/performances are based on staffing and availability and are not a guaranteed or part of our service.

All our events include all art materials (pro-grade stretched canvas, gesso, binder, diluter, phase 3 pro grade acrylics, pro acrylic long handle brushes), smocks, live instruction, DJ/Host, light show, production, customized music playlist, entertainment and more.

ARRIVAL TIME:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the event time to get settled in. Arriving later than 15 minutes may compromise your experience and you may have to catch up on your own upon arrival.

GROUPS:

Groups will be seated together. You may purchase tickets together or individually. If purchasing tickets individually, please ask ALL guests to type the host name or a group name (example: Danielle’s 35th B-Day) in the notes section of the order. Failure to do so will result in guests being seated randomly. This cannot be undone.

If more than one table is required to accommodate your group, we will make sure they are next to each other. We reserve the right to seat groups in the best way possible as per building/fire code regulations. If you have an odd number of guests in your party, you may have one or more person(s) from the group seated at the table directly next to you.

PARKING:

Ample free parking is available in the shopping plaza.

FOOD & DRINKS:

You may bring in your own drinks and light snacks (individually packed apps, finger sandwiches, cheese, crackers, small fruit cups, cookies, cupcakes, chips and dip, etc.). Our venue seats 4-5 guests per table. Please be sure to pack small individual snacks or a small platter per table. See example images below. Cups are provided. No large heating trays, platters, coolers or dispensers are allowed in the venue. This is an entertainment event and is not intended to serve as a full lunch/dinner.

GRATUITY:

Our artists are at the core of what makes us unique. Each artist was carefully picked for his/her personality and unique set of skills. Gratuity/tips for the artists/assistants is not included but greatly appreciated. Tip buckets are located throughout the venue as well as a Venmo @CGTIPS, Cash App $CGTIPS, Zelle (848)229-2509

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

Please read the cancellation policy thoroughly before purchasing ticket(s).Our experiences take weeks of planning to put together. All events require labor and preparation which takes place the day before each event. This policy applies to all emergencies including medical related incidents. It is guests responsibility to be tested for COVID-19 and other medical conditions with enough time to provide a 24hr notice for a cancellation and receive a store credit.

- A full 14-day notice from the date/time of the event is required for a refund. Refunds will be made for the amount paid minus the processing fees charged by the bank.

- A full 24 notice from the date and time of the event is required for a store credit for single tickets and for groups of 4 or less. After this you would forefeit your tickets at full value.

- A full 3 day notice from the date and time of the event is required for entire group cancellations for groups of 5 or more guests to receive a store credit. After this you would forefeit your tickets at full value.

Same day cancellations forfeit ticket(s) at full value (no exceptions).You may transfer your ticket to another guest if necessary.

If you are buying your ticket(s) within the cancellation period, you acknowledge you have given up the option to receive a refund or store credit as stated above.

In the event of a severe weather or state mandated closure (including COVID-19), a store credit will be issued.

ALL cancellations must be made in writing to reservations@canvasgrapes.com.

PRODUCTION & SOUND:

Our events contain higher than normal music volumes. In addition, our production equipment may contain flashing lights, fog and other stage production equipment. If you are sensitive to strobes, prone to seizures or have other health conditions which may be affected by the latter, please call the studio prior to purchasing your tickets to see if our events are suitable for you.

AGE LIMIT:

Our events contain adult entertainment, comedy and unfiltered music content. Teens ages 13+ may attend with an adult. Kids younger than 10yrs old or infants will not be allowed into the venue.
