Mobile events cover the tri-state area (NJ, NY and PA).

 

Steps:

1. Read ALL the information and requirements on this page.

 

2. Fill out this form ONLY once you are ready to book. If you still have additional questions please give us a call

 

3. Once we confirm availability, our team will send you two emails: 1. A confirmation email 2. An invoice email with a link for you to make your deposit.

 

4. Submit your deposit within 24hours to lock in your reservation.

5. Get ready to experience the most memorable paint and sip event of your life!

Deposit: A $100 mobile/deposit fee is required within 24hrs to lock in your reservation.

Final Payment and Headcount: The final balance and final headcount is due 24HRS prior to the date/time of your event. Host is responsible for collecting payments from guests.

Minimums, pricing and event options:

$100 MOBILE FEE

(includes delivery and setup of equipment and sound system)

MONDAY - THURSDAY:

Any start time between 10AM-7PM.

Minimum of 10+ guests (250 max).

Event options:

- 2hr paint & sip lounge - $42 per person

- 3hr karaoke, paint & sip - $52 per person

FRIDAY - SUNDAY: 

Any start time between 10AM-7PM.

Minimum of 15+ guests (250 max).

Event options:

- 2hr paint & sip lounge - $42 per person

- 3hr karaoke, paint & sip - $52 per person

KIDS OPTION

(Ages 6 to 12) Same Minimums as above.

1.5HR EVENT (no karaoke) : $35 per painter (small canvas). Same minimums as stated above.

What's Included:

- A painting option of your choice.

- Materials (paint, XL canvas, brushes, easels, smocks, diluter and more.)

- Artist

- Host

- DJ

- Assistant artist(s) (based on group size).

- Live instruction.

- Live hosting and entertainment production.

- NEW! 2024 HiFi Music System (customized music selection).

- NEW! 2024 Dolby Surround PRO Karaoke (for karaoke events only).

 

Note: We only use high quality pigments and materials brighter, brilliant and more opaque colors.

Space Requirements: We simply need a space with tables and chairs. Guests need enough space to accommodate about a dinner setup. Our staff will also need access to water and an outlet for our music/sound equipment.

Painting Selection:

Our 2023-2024 catalog of paintings will be attached to the bottom of your deposit link email. You may review the painting options before making the deposit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

- A 30 day notice prior to the date and time of the event is required to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund for the deposit.

 

- A 14 day notice prior to the date and time of the event is required to reschedule your reservation and reuse your deposit prior to the date and time of your event.

 

After that you forfeit your deposit. If you make a reservation within the cancellation window you will forfeit your ability to obtain a refund so please be sure you are 100% ready to book.

In the event of a major weather or health related state of emergency or mandated closure occurs you will receive a store credit for your deposit and any tickets paid unless you are still within the cancellation period for a refund as mentioned above (includes COVID-19 related closures).

 

This cancellation policy applies to any/all emergencies including COVID-19.
