Mobile Events

Let us bring our legendary experience to you! We will come to the location of your choice (indoor or outdoor). We bring all the materials as well as a live instructor/ host, and our music and sound equipment. You may even add our famous karaoke service to your mobile event!

 

To book a reservation please submit the form on this page. We suggest booking at least two weeks+ in advanced. Read below for more information, minimums, pricing and more.

Reservations:

Please read ALL the information on this page. Fill out the request form ONLY if you meet the requirements and once you are ready to book. We will confirm that 

your date is available and send you a link for the deposit along with the contract and catalog of 

paintings. 

 

Deposits must be made within 24hours.

Deposit:
A $75 mobile fee is required within 24hrs from booking to lock in your date. This deposit will be applied towards the mobile fee for delivery and setup. The final balance is due 1 day prior to your event.

MONDAY - THURSDAY:

Anytime between 10AM-7PM.

Minimum of 10+ guests (50 max).

Event options:

- 2hr paint & sip lounge - $40 per person

- 3hr paint & sip lounge (with karaoke) - $47 per person

- 3hr paint & sip lounge (without karaoke) - $45 per person

FRIDAY - SUNDAY: 

Anytime between 10AM-7PM.

Minimum of 15+ guests (50 max).

Event options:

- 2hr paint & sip lounge - $40 per person

- 3hr paint & sip lounge (with karaoke) - $47 per person

- 3hr paint & sip lounge (without karaoke) - $45 per person

CHILDREN ONLY 

(Ages 6 to 11)

1.5HR EVENT: $35 per painter (small canvas).

(No karaoke option. A separate mobile fee applies to events combined with adults.)

Small Group Package (1-5 guests)

$300 Flat Fee (Any Day/Time)

 

$25 for each additional guest thereafter up to a maximum of 9 guests.

(No mobile fee. No karaoke option)

What's Included:

All mobile events include paint, canvas, easels, brushes, smocks, music and sound equipment, live artist instruction, hosting and customized music entertainment. 

(Adult and child pricing may be combined however, a second mobile fee would apply for the second artist).

The host must provide a space with tables and chairs as well as an outlet for our music/sound equipment and water for our rinsing cups.

All our materials are sanitized and disinfected prior to our arrival.

Cancellations:

A 20 day notice prior to the date and time of the event is required to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund for the deposit. A 14 day notice is required to reschedule your reservation and reuse your deposit prior to the date and time of your event. After that you forfeit your deposit. If you make a reservation within the cancellation window you forfeit your right to obtain a refund (no exceptions).

In the event of a major weather or health related state of emergency or mandated closure you will receive a store credit for your deposit and any tickets paid unless you are still within the cancellation period for a refund as mentioned above (includes COVID-19 related closures). 

 

This cancellation policy applies  cancellations due to emergencies and COVID-19 related incidents.
