Mobile Events

Mobile events cover the tri-state area (NJ, NY and PA).

 

Steps:

1. Read ALL the requirements and information on this page.

 

2. Once you are ready to book please fill out the form. If you still have questions or are unsure about something please give us a call first.

 

3. Once we confirm that your date/time is available we will send you an email confirmation along with a link for the deposit/contract and the painting catalog.

 

4. Be sure to submit your deposit within 24hours to lock in your date.

Deposit:


A $100 mobile fee is required within 24hrs from booking to lock in your date. This deposit is also your mobile fee for delivery and setup. The final balance is due 24HRS prior to the date/time of your event.

Minimums, pricing and event options:

MONDAY - THURSDAY:

Any start time between 10AM-7PM.

Minimum of 10+ guests (50 max).

Event options:

- 2hr paint & sip lounge - $42 per person

- 3hr karaoke, paint & sip - $49 per person

FRIDAY - SUNDAY: 

Any start time between 10AM-7PM.

Minimum of 15+ guests (50 max).

Event options:

- 2hr paint & sip lounge - $42 per person

- 3hr karaoke, paint & sip - $49 per person

KIDS OPTION

(Ages 6 to 12)

1.5HR EVENT (no karaoke) : $35 per painter (small canvas). Same minimums as stated above.

What's Included:

- One painting option (your choice)

- Materials (paint, canvas, brushes, easels, smocks)

- Artist/Host/DJ

- Assistant artist(s) (based on group size)

- Live art instruction

- HiFi Music Entertainment (customized music selection)

- Dolby Surround PRO Karaoke (for karaoke events only).

Paintings:

Our 2022 catalog of paintings will be attached to the bottom of your deposit link email.

(Adult and child pricing may be combined however, a second mobile fee would apply for the second artist).

You are responsible to provide us a space with tables and chairs as well as an outlet for our music/sound equipment and access to water.

All our materials are sanitized and disinfected prior to our arrival.

We are not your typical paint and sip. We only use high quality pigments and materials brighter, brilliant and more opaque colors.

Cancellations:

A 20 day notice prior to the date and time of the event is required to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund for the deposit.

 

A 14 day notice prior to the date and time of the event is required to reschedule your reservation and reuse your deposit prior to the date and time of your event.

 

After that you forfeit your deposit. If you make a reservation within the cancellation window you accept and understand that you have forfeit your right to obtain a refund (no exceptions).

In the event of a major weather or health related state of emergency or mandated closure occurs you will receive a store credit for your deposit and any tickets paid unless you are still within the cancellation period for a refund as mentioned above (includes COVID-19 related closures).

 

This cancellation policy applies to any/all emergencies including COVID-19 related incidents.
